1. TimePulse 2 CD Audio Novel Released
TimePulse 2 CD Novel The TimePulse team is thrilled to announce that the 2 CD audio version of the novel has just been released. TimePulse Creator/Author Tom Marcoux said, "This is a thrilling moment for our team. Our screenplay of the first feature film of the trilogy has been enjoyed by film industry professionals. Now, science fiction fans can enjoy TIMEPULSE in easily accessible format."

The 2 CDs together are approximately 2 hours and 10 minutes long. They are complete with the TIMEPULSE music theme. TimePulse Creator/Author Tom Marcoux reads the novel. Listeners have remarked that Marcoux really knows these characters and gives them different vocal tones and rhythms.

2. TimePulse Graphic Novel in Production
TimePulse Creator Tom Marcoux said, "We have a terrific team of artists working on the project including Romy Cayetano, Peter Wang, Mike Ryan, and Julius Yang." Peter Wang has created a definitive Fesah, the cat/human hybrid woman. "She has Asian heritage," Peter said. Mike Ryan is completing the first images of the shark/human hybrid (the Sharkhan) and the dolphin/human hybrid (the Dolphkeen) characters. Romy Cayetano completed the cover artwork for the 2 CD Audio Novel. Romy has drawn the first rendition of the TimeSaber, which is Ke'la's time travel ship. Julius Yang has been working on logo concepts for the Time Trust (which is a division of The Alliance - the "good guys" of various human/animal hybrid peoples). Julius has also been consulting on concepts that will be revealed in the second and third feature films -- and a spinoff animated series.

April 2000 Issue.

1. Three Motion Pictures Announced
Writer-Producer-Director Tom Marcoux has announced that TIMEPULSE is designed as a trilogy of motion pictures. Marcoux said, "It's great to be able to plant all the clues in the first two films for the major climactic scenes of TIMEPULSE III. At the same time, TIMEPULSE #1 stands on its own."

2. Graphic Novel Targeted as First Release from TIMEPULSE Universe
Team members have suggested that a graphic novel (like a comic book on quality paper) is an excellent first release. The graphic novel will reveal the designs of the starships, the TimeShip, the characters uniforms, the design of the human-animal hybrids. Director Tom Marcoux explains, "I really enjoy how we show the universe. I remember how George Lucas included storyboards and paintings when he brought STAR WARS to 20th Century Fox for funding. We can bring the whole first feature films story and images in a graphic novel. This is an excellent strategy for our meetings with further funding entities."

3. TIMEPULSE Fans, known as "Pulsers" voice their opinions on the TimeShip designs
The TIMEPULSE creative team is providing "Pulsers" (fans) the unique opportunity to affect the design of elements of the science fiction universe. Already Pulsers and other web site visitors have sent comments through the web site eTimePulse.com and have voted on one of the two TimeShip designs. A creative team member said, "So far it has been about an even split." Graphic artist Kingsley Leong has participated in the design process of the ships.

4. Casting Speculations
TIMEPULSE creative team members have voiced numerous ideas about the casting of "Kela" the resourceful young woman from the future. Director Tom Marcoux says, "Kela is one of my favorite characters that I have written. What is exciting about her is that she is really sharp. She is a tech. But she is not a field operative. She is thrown into the mission because no one else is left alive. She must learn as she goes. She learns some excellent physical skills (combat, mind-focus) after meeting Ben in present day San Francisco. Yes, Im going to be very careful about casting Kela. Im going to be looking for excellent rapport between director and actor since we are targeting three motion pictures. I imagine that a new actress would take over in the event of a live-action television series. . ."

Currently, the description of TIMEPULSE #1 is . . .

"Torn from her life in the future, Kela is forced into a mission with no return and no end. Ben lives in the present but is caught in the past. Together, they're humanity's last hope to stop genetic armaggedon."

Names considered include Winona Ryder and Angelina Jolie. These actresses who are named here have NOT been contacted at press time. In fact, Angelina Jolie is unlikely to be contacted because she is already slated to portray Laura Croft (TOMB RAIDER video game heroine) in an upcoming feature film.
Will Kela be a blond? Director Tom Marcoux says, "I know that certain colleagues talk about the popularity of blonds in the Asian markets. First, Im going to focus on finding someone who is a match for the character. We may go with an unknown."
